We all have bad habits. Drinking too much... eating obsessively... drugs... Once we are aware of how a bad habit sabotages our life, damages our performance at work, and destroys our relationship, its time to take personal responsibility and find a positive way to replace a bad habit with a better habit. I will reduce stress with my vibromat, start by visualizing and imagining a new habit. Then, I write and design the new habit in My Dreamworld generator. Lastly I will run my virtual reality new habit script in my headset while lying on the vibromat and streaming self hypnosis frequency to enable embedding it in my mind.
