All of the sudden, we are imposed to be in isolation, work from home and interact with our children all days long — oh wow!!!

In addition, under the label of “scientific”, the local and state authorities tell us how to breathe, when /where to hide our faces and with how many people we can interact.

So, look at yourself in the mirror, how do you cope in stress, uncertainty and restrictions of independence? What did you learn about yourself this period?

No matter what is your answer, maybe you would agree that after you realized and manifested extreme characteristics and behavior of stress, insomnia and anxiety (you have managed to hide from yourself, family and colleagues during normal and ordinary times), awareness, positive attitude, flexibility, playfulness, compassion and creativity are good features to change your mindset and replace bad habits with better habits.

We are conditioned and trained to go to experts who would advise, treat us and fix us. We expect them and do the work for us. After all, they are proffesional in their fields. Yet, being passive and letting other pave your path in life is not always the recipe that things will work great in the long run.

Space managers & leaders at work, in the community, in public places, in schools, in health institutions and at home (if you have a family) should generate healthy conditions for the people that stay in their spaces for long hours (heathy food, good physical conditions of air circulation, water, hygienic, and great harmonic and esthetics personal and public physical areas. That is the Demand Wellness part.

The individual themselves, need to create inner conditions of Wellness On Demand.

The Wellness on Demand side, means generating inner conditions of harmony, alignment, balance and inner calibration mechanisms which enable reducing mental, physical and emotional stress daily and activating positive, joyful, creative and loving attitude.

Nobody is perfect and we all have blind spots of perception and need to be conscious or mindful to improve and add more positive habits. We need to get rid of patterns that activate obstacles and self-destruction. We need to get rid of bad habits that harm our health & wellbeing and sabotage relationship, performance and effective communication.

This Covid19 humanity lab highlighted things we need to change. But, how can we change ourselves?
